Our delivery & returns policy
Please read about delivery & returns policy to ensure you are familiar with our code of practice.
• Free home or on site delivery is available (orders over £1,900)
• We endeavour to have your order with you within 3 working days. Sometimes things can get delayed but we will always ensure you are contacted if there are any issues with your order.
Home/Site deliveries include:
• 1 man palletised delivery
• To a ground floor room
• Space will be required to store the kitchen
• Occasionally with longer/heavier items, we may ask the customer to assist with moving the product. We will clarify this before proceeding with the delivery.
• We will ask for contact details to contact you regarding the delivery of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
• In the rare event that Evo stock arrives damaged, please send us a photograph of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched ( free of charge) the same or next business day.
• Larger remedial items are better suited to our own vehicles or one of our 3rd party logistic partners.
• For invoicing simplicity, we operate a non-returns policy. We will exchange your products like for like if damaged.
